Dear Parents & Carers,

Thank you for your patience and ongoing support throughout the school's closure to avoid the spread of Coronavirus.

As you are undoubtedly aware, the government's 'Plan to Rebuild' requires for schools to make plans to re-open if it is safe to do so from 1st June 2020.

Please see below the latest guidance document for parents.

We would like to invite you to share your views about the re-opening to help guide our school planning.

Please submit your answers via Survey Monkey using the QR code in the photo below or link below by Thursday 14th May 2020 at 12pm.

We look forward to hearing from you and will be in touch once decisions have been made about what our school offering will look like at Isleham Primary School.

If you have any concerns, questions or queries, please do write these into one of the comment boxes within the survey.

Many thanks and best wishes,

Mrs Skillern and the Isleham Primary School team

INFORMATION FOR PARENTS OF CHILDREN ENTITLED TO FREE SCHOOL MEALS DURING THE SCHOOL'S TEMPORARY CLOSURE FROM 23.3.2020 DUE TO THE CORONAVIRUS

If your child is registered for benefits-related free school meals (NOT Universal Infant Free School meals which are provided to All children in Year R to Year 2), during these unprecedented times requiring the school to close due to the Coronavirus I am pleased to report that we have been able to work with the Co-op to provide you with a daily lunch allowance for food or drink for your child at the Co-op of £3 per day during term-time.

This is in line with the government's free school meal's guidance.

Please come into school if you can on Monday 23.3.2020 to collect the voucher card which will be provided for this week, pre-loaded with this week's allowance of £15 per child for the week.

If you ring the doorbell, the office staff member will come to meet you at the door- please do NOT enter the school building. The office will be open from 8.45am to 12.15pm and from 1.15pm to 4.15pm.

If you and your family are currently self-isolating, please do NOT come to school to collect the voucher- we can arrange to deliver the voucher to you or hand the voucher to someone else who is NOT self-isolating as long as you email the school address to authorise this and suggest what works best for you.

office@isleham.cambs.sch.uk

If you are a critical key worker and your child will be attending the emergency childcare on the school site from 23.3.2020, free school meals will continue to be offered in school for your child. Please email the office to let them know which meals from the menu on the 20.3.2020 your child would like to book.

Thank you,
Mrs Skillern
