Raising Concerns Guidance

Raising concerns guidance

We aim to be a listening school and will strive to communicate with our community in the most efficient and effective way.  In a diverse world in which people access information in diverse ways, the task to communicate to meet everyone’s needs is difficult to achieve. We communicate regularly with parents via weekly newsletters, emails and home-school books, as well as via telephone. Communication is a two way process and so we encourage your feedback in our surveys so we can improve our service, and hope you will let us know if you do have any concerns or issues you wish the school to resolve.

Please also see below the 'Complaints Policy' for our school which is based on the model Cambridgeshire County Council Policy and the Policy against 'Harassment & Persistent Complaints'.

We hope our parents/carers will trust in the professionalism of the Isleham C of E Primary School team and know that if we have concerns about your child we will contact you to seek your support.
