Year 1 enjoy a visit to our local woods

We are really lucky to have access to a local wooded area within a short walk of the school. Year 1 and Reception Class visit the woods regularly. Here are some pictures of Year 1 carrying out some tree climbing and sorting of natural items. The children found one stick which was as long as three children laying down head to toe!
