Dear Parents,

It is with great pleasure that I am able to confirm that we will be running a multi activity holiday club at your child’s school this summer.

We are mindful that the children have been missing PE lessons, play times and extra-curricular clubs for the last few months, and are looking forward to getting them active this summer.

After reviewing the results of a recent survey completed by parents, we will be running provision at the school every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday during the holidays, between 8.45 am and 4 pm, with an extended option until 5.30 pm at and additional charge.

We’d like to take this chance to thank the schools Senior Leadership Team for working with us to enable us to provide this opportunity.

In order to make sure everyone is as safe as possible we have adapted our usual camp structure to ensure social distancing guidelines and increased hygiene standards are met throughout.

Activities will include non-contact sports such as soft archery, athletics, gymnastics, dance, yoga, children’s fitness, personal best challenges and individual sport specific skill sessions.

Our staff have continued to work in schools during the school closures, meaning they have months of experience delivering in the new environment. They have also completed training in completing COVID-19 risk assessments and have the Level 2 Infection Control qualification.

Block bookings:
In order to continue the schools great work based around social distancing, we will be continuing with a bubble system throughout the camps. With this in mind ratios will be as low as 1 coach to 12 children, and children will stay in the same bubble for the duration of their booking. Our staff will also stay constant throughout. With this in mind individual day booking will not be permitted. If a parent only wants their child to attend a proportion of the course (ie. Monday and Wednesday, but not Tuesday), they must still pay for all three days. This is because this place cannot be offered to someone else in order to keep children in the bubbles the same and reduce cross contamination.

Cost:
The cost will be £15.95 per day, with extended time available at an additional cost of £5 per day. There is also a further 15% siblings discount available. The camp will be open to boys and girls from all years and children will need to dress appropriately for the weather, bring a packed lunch and plenty of non-fizzy drinks. The camp will only be available to children who attend the school.

Please find a flyer attached with further details about the camps.

Bookings are now available on a first come first served basis at premier-education.com/holidaycamps
